My name is Alan Sexten, and I worked as a lifeguard this past summer in Ohio at Zoombezi Bay water-park. As a lifeguard, I witnessed firsthand the struggle people had in order to protect their valuables at a water-park. However, this problem does not just happen at water-parks. For example, let's just say you are carrying a phone or money in your pocket.
Where do you keep your phone and money when you do the following activities:
- Canoeing
- Kayaking
- Going to the beach
- Surfing
- Going to a water-park
- Wake-boarding
- Fishing
- Paddle-boarding
- Cliff-jumping
- Use a waterproof Bluetooth speaker
- Use waterproof Bluetooth earbuds

In today's society, you have 4 different options at your disposal if you want to protect your valuables from getting wet:
- Option 1: Pay $10 to $20 on a locker to keep your belongings in. However, this option is not only expensive, but you also have no access to your phone or wallet during this time.
- Option 2: Spend $15 on a waterproof phone pouch. Not only are waterproof phone pouches ugly and uncomfortable to hang around your neck, they also are very small. Phone pouches can usually fit just your phone and nothing else (leaving no place to keep your wallet, car keys, earbuds, cash, passport, etc.).
